Aleah is a survivor, storyteller, and collector of small, beautiful things. Diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder at age eight, she’s always seen the world differently.

As a teenager, she endured a deeply inappropriate dynamic with someone who should have protected her, an experience that shaped her early years in painful, complicated ways. Speaking about it hasn’t just helped her heal; it’s taken power back from people who rely on silence.

Now a mother of two children, including one with complex medical needs, Aleah walks a path defined by resilience and candor. She writes and speaks about the uncomfortable places because she knows that’s where real healing begins.
